What we provide (サービスの内容)
Management consulting for leadership teams: strategy clarification, organisational design, decision support, facilitated workshops and advisory conversations. The output is a written document, a facilitated session or a regular call, as described on the services page. We do not sell physical goods.
Price (販売価格)
There is no price list on this website. The fee for an engagement is quoted individually in the written scope document before any work starts, and the scope shows the total amount and how consumption tax is treated.
Costs beyond the fee (商品代金以外の必要料金)
Costs such as travel or venue hire for work at a client site, if any, are listed in the scope before work begins. Nothing is added to the agreed fee without written agreement. Any bank transfer charge is stated on the invoice.

Bank transfer.
Payment timing (支払時期)
For most engagements half of the fee is invoiced at the start and half on delivery. Advisory conversations are invoiced at the start of each three-month block. The due date is written on the invoice.
When the service is provided (役務の提供時期)
Work starts after the written scope has been agreed by both sides. Typical lengths are a few weeks for strategy clarification, about one week for decision support, a half or full day for a workshop with a written summary afterwards, and monthly one-hour calls in three-month blocks for advisory conversations. The dates that apply are the ones in the scope.
Cancellation and changes (ご解約・変更)
Terms for cancelling or changing an engagement are written into the scope for that engagement, and we are glad to explain them before you agree. Changes to the scope are made in writing and agreed before extra work begins. Because we sell services and not goods, there are no returns.
If the result does not match the scope (内容に不備がある場合)
Tell us in writing and say what differs from the scope. We will review it and, where the deliverable falls short of what was agreed, correct it as the scope provides. We do not guarantee business outcomes; see the terms of use.
Limits of the service (提供しないもの)
We do not give legal, tax, accounting, labour-law, financial or investment advice and we do not act as an agent in official procedures. Those steps are for licensed professionals. We hold no licence or certification that is relevant to this notice, and none is claimed.
