The texts, articles, layout and images on this site are published by Tiny Wind Horizon unless a source is named, and some photographs are stock illustrations that do not show our clients or our work. You may read the pages, link to them and quote short passages with a clear reference to the source. Copying whole articles, republishing them or using them to train or fill other products needs our written permission.
The articles describe how consulting questions can be approached. They are general reading, not a recommendation for your organisation, and they do not replace advice from a licensed professional. Questions of law, tax, accounting, labour and employment rules, company law, valuation and financing belong with a lawyer, a tax accountant, a labour and social security consultant or another qualified person, and we do not give that kind of advice.
Where an article touches such a subject, for example succession in a family business, it points to the management question underneath and not to the legal or tax mechanics.
Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept by pressing a button. Work starts only after we have talked, usually in a first call of about thirty minutes, and both sides have agreed a written scope. The scope states the question, the deliverable, the timeline, the fee and the working arrangements, including who takes part and what material we need.
If the scope changes during the work, the change is written down and agreed by both sides before additional work begins. Fees are quoted individually; the site has no price list.
Fees are stated in the scope together with the treatment of consumption tax. Payment is by bank transfer. For most engagements half of the fee is invoiced at the start and half on delivery; advisory conversations are invoiced at the start of each three-month block. The payment dates are written on the invoice.
We provide analysis, facilitation and written recommendations. We cannot promise that a strategy will succeed, that a restructure will remove friction, that a decision will turn out well or that a workshop will produce agreement. Decisions and their implementation remain with the client’s own leadership team.
Client information is treated as confidential. A written confidentiality agreement can be signed before any substantive conversation, and we ask for one whenever client information is shared. We do not publish client names, situations or results without the client’s written permission.
The contact form prepares an email in your own mail application; it does not submit anything to a server and it is not a booking. We read messages on business days and answer by email or telephone, but we do not promise a fixed response time. If your matter is urgent, call us during business hours.
We may link to official or reference pages of others. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or how they treat your data.
Please do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, probes it for weaknesses or collects its content automatically at scale. We may block access from addresses that do.
We try to keep the pages accurate, but a change in how we work can take a little time to appear here, and the site is provided as it is. To the extent that Japanese law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from relying on the website instead of on a written scope or professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
These terms and any dispute about the website are governed by the law of Japan. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking, the courts that have jurisdiction under Japanese law decide it.
We may revise these terms when the site or the way we work changes. The current text is always on this page, with the date of the latest revision at the top.
