About

Tiny Wind Horizon is an independent consulting practice for leadership teams in Japan. The work is about clarity and structure: we interview the people involved, read what already exists and write down what we find, so that a team can decide with the same facts in front of everyone. The name stands for a small, steady presence that can see a long way.

The registered address is in Uwajima, Ehime, but the work is mostly interviews, reading and writing, and it does not depend on where a client sits. We do not publish personal biographies, client names or results on this site; the people who work on an engagement are named to the client in the written scope.
