Tiny Wind Horizon
FAQ
How do I know which type of engagement is right for my situation?01
The honest answer is that it is not always obvious from the outside. The best way to find out is a short first call, usually thirty minutes. We will ask a few questions about what is happening and what you have already tried, and by the end of the call you will both have a clearer sense of whether the work is a fit and which format makes sense.
Do you work only with organisations in one region?02
No. The registered address is in Uwajima, Ehime, but the work is mostly interviews, reading and writing, so it does not depend on where your team sits. Remote sessions are the default; a visit to a client site is possible when the work needs it and is agreed in the written scope, with any travel costs stated in advance.
Can we bring you in for a single workshop without a longer engagement?03
Yes. The facilitated workshop is a standalone offering. You do not need to have done any prior work with Tiny Wind Horizon. We ask for a briefing call in advance to understand the question the session needs to address, and build the agenda from there.
How do you handle confidentiality?04
A written confidentiality agreement can be signed before any substantive conversation begins, and we ask for one whenever client information is shared. We do not discuss client work in public, do not use client situations as case studies, and do not name clients without written permission.
Do you give legal, tax or financial advice?05
No. Our work is management consulting: structuring a question, interviewing the people involved and writing down a recommendation. Legal, tax, accounting, labour-law and investment advice come from licensed professionals, and we do not give it. We also cannot guarantee that a strategy, a restructure or a workshop will deliver a particular result; the decisions stay with your leadership team.
What does an engagement cost?06
There is no price list on this website. Each engagement is quoted individually in a written scope document that states the question, the deliverable, the timeline and the fee, and nothing starts until both sides have agreed it. Payment is by bank transfer; for most engagements half of the fee is invoiced at the start and half on delivery.
